Common questions

Can other players see where I live?
No. Other players only see an approximate distance (for example "~3 miles"). Courts and game locations are public places.

I didn't get my email code.
Check your spam folder. Codes come from no-reply@getpicklemeet.com and expire after 15 minutes.

A court is missing or wrong.
Add it from the Courts tab, or open the court and choose "Suggest a correction". A moderator reviews every change.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. More at Delete your account.
